While leaving my Grandma's house yesterday, I chatted with the groomer for a moment and his wife. (My Grandma and I both use the same mobile groomer.) I was holding Baby and Curtis said, "You sure are building up good karma" - meaning by doing foster care we are getting karma points. Hmmm... It's always interesting to me the comments people make when they find out we do foster care for medically fragile babies. Most of the time I thank them for their compliments but typically redirect their praise. God put on my heart YEARS ago a passion for babies. Now, I'm blessed to love on babies who are in crisis and live out James 1:27 and Matthew 25: 34-40. God gets all the glory. Not me. Thanks for the kudos but it's all God. :)
